Terms of Sales

1. Scope:

These general conditions of sale apply to all sales of products and services made by the site "Bikini Bottom", hereinafter referred to as "the seller", to its customers, hereinafter referred to as "the buyers". They prevail over all other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by the seller.

2. Orders:

Orders placed by buyers are only final after written acceptance by the seller. The seller reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons.

3. Price:

The prices of products and services are indicated in euros and are inclusive of all taxes (TTC). They are subject to change at any time, but the prices in effect at the time of the order are applicable.

4. Payment:

Payment is made in full at the time of ordering, unless special conditions are agreed between the parties. Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer or any other payment method accepted by the seller.

5. Delivery:

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the buyer when ordering, within the deadlines agreed between the parties. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.

6. Complaints and returns:

Any complaint regarding a product must be made in writing within 48 hours of receipt of the order. Defective products may be returned within fourteen days of receipt, subject to the seller's prior agreement.

7. Responsibility:

The seller cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage caused by the use of the products sold. The seller's liability is strictly limited to the amount of the order.

8. Applicable law and disputes:

These general conditions of sale are subject to [country or region] law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to resolve their dispute amicably. Failing this, the competent courts will be seized.
