General Terms and Conditions of Sale

 

1. Scope of application:

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales of products and services made by the "Bikini Bottom" website, hereinafter referred to as "the seller", to its customers, hereinafter referred to as "the buyers". They take precedence over all other general or specific conditions not expressly agreed to by the seller.

 

2. Orders:

Orders placed by buyers are only final after written acceptance by the seller. The seller reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons.

 

3. Prices:

The prices of products and services are indicated in euros and include all taxes (TTC). They are subject to change at any time, but the rates in force at the time of the order are applicable.

 

4. Payment:

Payment is made in full at the time of the order, unless specific conditions have been agreed between the parties. Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer or any other payment method accepted by the seller.

 

5. Delivery:

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the buyer during the order, within the deadlines agreed between the parties. Delivery costs are borne by the buyer unless otherwise stated.

 

6. Claims and returns:

Any complaint concerning a product must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of the order. Defective products may be returned within fourteen days of receipt, subject to the prior agreement of the seller.

 

7. Liability:

The seller cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage caused by the use of the products sold. The seller's liability is strictly limited to the amount of the order.

 

8. Applicable law and disputes:

These general terms and conditions of sale are subject to the law of [country or region]. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to resolve their dispute amicably. Failing this, the competent courts will be seized.

 

By validating their order, the buyer acknowledges having read and unreservedly accepted these general terms and conditions of sale.
