• Tracked letter - La Poste (home delivery) : 3 to 5 working days – € 6.50
Martinique / Guadeloupe / Saint-Martin / Saint-Barth
• Tracked letter - La Poste (home delivery) : 1 to 3 working days – € 6.50
Reunion Island / French Polynesia
• Tracked letter - La Poste (home delivery) : 7 to 10 working days – € 13.60
Belgium / Spain / Portugal
• Tracked letter - (home delivery) : 7 to 10 working days – € 13.60
United States (USA)
• Colissimo - La Poste : 10 to 15 working days – €13.60
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow the progress of your package.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier. Since these are beyond our control, we cannot be held responsible for any delays.
Sometimes La Poste indicates a package as “delivered” when it is actually delivered the next day or the following working day .
Any customs fees are the customer's responsibility . For any questions, please consult your local customs office.
We are not responsible for any loss or theft after delivery confirmation . If you have any problems, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Would you like to return an item or make an exchange? Please contact us by email at contact@bikinibottom.fr within 7 days of receiving your order . Remember to include your order number and the email address used when purchasing .
Conditions of acceptance:
• The request must be made within 7 days of receipt .
• Items must be returned in their original condition , with unaltered packaging, labels and hygiene protection.
• Products must not have been worn, washed or altered .
Exchanges are only possible if the requested size is in stock . If this is not the case, a refund will be issued.
Return costs, as well as any customs fees, are the responsibility of the customer .
Initial delivery charges are non -refundable .
We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure your return is received.
Any return not respecting these conditions will be refused and the brand cannot be held responsible .
